For the 2020 awards season, Farmer Autovillage claimed 25 national awards continuing its status as one of New Zealand’s most awarded dealer groups.
The Dealer of the Year Awards are held each year to recognise outstanding achievements in sales, parts, finance, service, marketing and customer satisfaction across dealerships nationwide. Farmer Autovillage’s growth along with the fantastic feedback received from so many customers over the years are just a few testaments of this team’s dedication to excellence and customer care. The raft of awards Farmer Autovillage has received reinforces it further.
Highlights include the outright New Zealand Dealer of the Year awards for the Audi, Volkswagen Passenger, Volkswagen Commerical, Volkswagen Brand, and Jeep & RAM. As well as the dealership awards, individual staff members and departments at Farmer Autovillage have also been recognised as either winners or finalists across sales, service, parts and marketing divisions of the business.
Group Managing Director Mike Farmer says the common theme identified by the record awards haul is the focus on exceptional customer service which has established Farmer Autovillage a destination dealership. Being named New Zealand Dealer of the Year highlights the team’s goals to achieve the absolute highest level of service and professionalism within all aspects of the business.
