Farmer Motor Group Limited t/a Farmer Autovillage (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) has installed closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras on the inside as well as the exterior of some of our buildings.
The purpose of the CCTV is to ensure the safety and security of our staff and visitors, as well as making sure that our buildings and stock are prevented from damage, with minimal imposition on our visitors.
We may also use this footage when conducting internal investigations relating to staff or visitor complaints and to uphold safety standards consistent with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Our CCTV cameras will automatically collect recordings of you (which may be in visual and/or audio form).
To the extent our CCTV cameras capture visual images (whether still or moving) or audio recordings of you, and you are identifiable by those images or recordings, our Privacy Policy will apply. If there is any inconsistency between this CCTV Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy, our Privacy Policy will prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.
