Our team can hook you up with a mask when entering our facilities and showrooms. Find our check-in stations at each main door into the autovillage. There are complimentary masks and hand sanitiser for you to use. If you need help at any time, let our team know.
Our Autovillage.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation within all areas of our Autovillge facility and providing additional liquid hand soap, paper towels and complimentary alcohol-based sanitiser. All team members have a daily check-in procedure to ensure that we are symptom-free before entering the facility. We have employed rigorous handwashing procedures and 2-meter social distancing at all time – with other team members and customers.
Keeping you & your vehicle safe.
Before your vehicle is returned, our team will: wash your vehicle, sanitise all vehicle touchpoints including keys, outside and inside door handles, steering wheel, indicator and wiper switches, gear lever, handbrake, drivers seatbelt, window control switches, bonnet release cable, sun visors, glove box handle and other touch surfaces (radio / screens /buttons) Our team will wear gloves and masks.

We are stringently following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines to make sure our customers and team are safe during this time. Our interactions with you will be different for a while. Legally and to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines, along with our team, you must sign in and we are all required to wear a mask.
