During these unprecedented times, it is important to ensure that as a member of the business and wider community, we ensure that our staff, customers & contractors are kept safe.
The information we have asked for is being collected to assist in the management of the Covid-19 Pandemic. It will be given to the Ministry of Health and/or District Health Board on request in the event that it is required for contract tracing purposes. We will not use this information for any other purpose and will destroy/delete it after four weeks.
The information is stored in an encrypted cloud based system that only Senior Management have access to. You have the right to access and correct any information that we hold about you.
