1. The ID. MSP / Driveaway price includes a $7,015.00 NZ Government Clean Car Programme rebate (CCP). This is a government-mandated rebate that applies to certain vehicle models and is subject to change at any time. The final rebate will be reviewed at the time of vehicle delivery, and the rate at that time will apply to the purchase. The Eligible Purchaser is responsible for claiming the rebate directly from Waka Kotahi.
2. The MSP / Driveaway price includes On Road Costs and CCP rebate.
3. The Offer is for Eligible Purchasers (as defined in paragraph below) to receive $14,000* off a Volkswagen ID. 4 or ID. 5 model (as set out in the table in paragraph 6)
4. This Offer is available while the NZ Government CCP rebate is in place or until the 30th of November 2023 only.
5. To be an Eligible Purchaser, a customer must
-
(i) make an Eligible Purchase in accordance with paragraph 8 below;

(ii) be a New Zealand resident living in New Zealand at the time of the Eligible Purchase; and
-
(iii) comply with all the terms of their vehicle purchase agreement, including payment of the purchase price in full on or before the due date for payment.

(iv) Trade in any old electrical good to receive the MSP/ Driveaway pricing.
6. The Offer is only available in respect of the following new vehicles (each an Eligible Vehicle).

8. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount and does not apply to fleet, rental, corporate and demonstration vehicles.
9. This Offer is only available for unregistered landed vehicles which must be registered within the campaign period.
10. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final and is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into regarding the Offer.
11. This discount is only valid for one (1) ID. vehicle when the Customer exchanges one (1) electric item.
12. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. The Promoter, European Motor Distributors Limited t/a Volkswagen NZ, (“Promoter”), reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the offer or otherwise amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
